I've been in the kitchen all week. My father-in-law and his wife will be in town, so we're hosting them and my parents here at Casa O'Girlie. I've got a whole world of food prepared, but I'm anxious about this stupid turkey. Oy, the turkey! Wish me luck. ;)

You'll soon see that cooking the turkey is the easiest part of Thanksgiving! I was so stressed out about it the first year I did it, but as long as you have a meat thermometer, you're fine.
